Biografía
Born and raised in Bari, Italy, he primarily obtained a degree in law in his hometown, completed by an MBA at the Milano Management Institute. IBM Italy is the first step in his professional path, where he initially acted as a Specialist in Strategic Support in Marketing in the Banking and Insurances Division. Lately promoted as a Legal & Financial Analyst in the Credit Department, he was at that stage responsible for all relations with external lawyers addressed to manage customers relations in debit recovery and leasing agreements analysis.
Established in Spain from 1992, he joined that year Nicholson International as an Executive Consultant in the Madrid Subsidiary. Promoted in 1994 as a Director of the Madrid Office, he raised the General Management for Spain two years later. Sitting in the Board Of Directors from 1997, he was directly co-responsible for the unique expansion of the firm over the following years. At the same time, he was assigned as a General Manager for Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and South America, responsible for the business strategy of the group in his territory and the achievement of the company's specific objectives in term of customer satisfaction and internal growth.
He was furthermore promoted as an International Manager of the Technology area, assuming global responsibility over the strategy and business development in the sector worldwide. In parallel, he was also International Responsible for Customers Relations in the area of Consumer Goods.
From October 2003 until April 2005, Mr Padula was a member of the International Board of Directors of Alexander Mann Group and International CEO for The Executive Search division.
In May 2005, he decided to launch is own venture, creating Padula & Partners, with the vision of maintaining an unique and privileged network of international contacts and his characteristic standards of quality, both backbones of an Internationally renowned Reputation.
From 1995, he undertook a prolific career as a painter, participating in many individual and collective exhibitions worldwide. His work is found in many relevant Public and private collections in Europe and the United States.
